What does Pennsylvania mean to you?

When you hear the word Pennsylvania, what image comes to mind? Describe it and tell us your impressions about the state. I will be happy to get things started with my image of Pennsylvania.
Do you remember the old license plate “You’ve Got A Friend In Pennsylvaniaâ€. That is my image of Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania has always extended hospitality to people looking for a new start it started with William Penn and continues today.
