It was a hot and sticky summer evening about 20 years ago, when me and my best pal Erin "LOVEDOG" Cooley were sitting in my living room, sipping on a few iced teas and watching a few flic

I told Tom, “You go on up there and have a good time in the restroom, if you need me, I’ll be down in the gift shop and snack bar. All this dancing on the ceilings worked me up an appetite. About a half and hour goes by and I am sipping on a Mountain Dew, because that’s what I really needed, more of the heebie jeebies.

We were now pulling up to BM, and Tom kept a chuckling “ Ha ha. They are getting you back for that nasty gas leak of yours!” We get out of the Mystery Machine and Tom dons on his Beekeeper’s Outfit and I just sprayed myself with OFF. That’ll keep them away.

This photograph was taken in Key West at Piratefest.  Cuzzin Mike hasn't told anyone yet, but he's written poems and songs about several of our happenings while in the Keys. I'm sure he'll tell you soon about the positive effects a hurricane can have on a peninsula. 

A regular statement posed an awful lot to me is, “you should be a comedian”.  Of course, the person stating that comment, I believe, is intending for it to be a compliment and not a sarcastic blow. But I have to laugh inside because I’m thinking to myself, “Okay, I thought I was.”  There’s no doubt that the best job that I have is being a cartoonist.  By being a cartoonist, I am tying in all 5 jobs that I really love and want to do.  Check it out.  As a cartoonist, I am an illustrator, writer, comedian, actor and a director. What a great gig!
