SQUARE DANCING (CHALLENGE) Extreme

Challenge has several levels inside levels. There is Basic Challenge, that sounds funny, of C1 & C2. Then there are C3, C3A, C3B, C3X, & C4 (which is like a stick of dynamite) I am only reading up and studying C2 right now, so the very extreme levels are beyond me. I understand they are experimenting with higher levels than C4...cool. Square Dancing is one of America's best kept secrets, eh?

I will show you 2 video clips here of CHALLENGE & INTRO TO CHALLENGE. I will also post just a the first 3 lists. This is not to frighten anyone, it's just fun to read the names of calls at this level. They are silly names and names that just look and sound scary...like difficult scary.

A couple points at Challenge Dancing                                                                                                                                                          1. If you would like to see the definitions of the lists and calls go to www.callerlab.org                                                                   2. If you want to inquire about Challenge Dancing, go to www.ceder.net  ( Vic and Debbie Ceder are fascinating people)     3. This material is not easy at all, that is why they call it Challenge.                                                                                                     4. I can't see all the callers in these clips very well, but John Sybalsky, the caller with the white beard has a beautiful mind. 5. Some callers who call these high levels can be found at www.dosado.com  Names like Mike Jacobs, Anne Ubelacker, Clark Baker, Sandra Bryant, Lee Kopman and of course, Vic Ceder. Oh, yeah, don't forget our friend in Pennsylvania, Ed Foote.
