| New first verse of "Margaritaville" contest |
| USA Weekend just did an article about Jimmy Buffett this week...he's finally made the cover of a magazine. Although he's an Obama Bin Laden supporter, I can forgive him for that... Anyways, the magazine is holding a contest to win a trip to Jamaica, and all you need to do is write a new first verse of "Margaritaville." It didn't take me long to come up with my entry, because it pretty much summed up my Key West experience in just a few lines. Here it is:
On the beach with my boat drink Watching the sun sink The palm trees swaying along with the breeze The smell of salt in the air I don't have any cares Down here I can do whatever I please. There ya go. Jamaica, here I come. LOL! |

Lyrics for new first line ad infinitum
Twinfinity musician adds,
Treys over Deuces
I pray it's not useless
I've gotta full house all day long
It might be a low hand
but everywhere I am
I love ya babe
but I've gotta get home
My Lyrics
Here is my lyrics didn't know about the contest in time Patricia Jordan 662-386-3337
Down in the deep south
Fishing for large mouth
Got man's best friend sitting right by my side
Sipping a Landshark
Can't beleive it's gotten dark
Guess I'll just troll back in with the tide
